At Beaulieu Vineyard, we strive for excellence in every bottle; however, if your wine is damaged or flawed, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction. Due to legal regulations, we can only accept returns for products that are defective or shipped in error.

Return Process

    Contact Guest Services

    Email or call our concierge team within 30 days of receipt to report an issue with your order, providing your order number and a description of the defect.

    Verification and Approval

    Our wine experts will review your request and may ask for photos of the damaged packaging or the specific cork and bottle for quality control purposes.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Once approved, carefully repackage the remaining wine in its original shipping container or a similar protective wine shipper to prevent further breakage during transit.

  • 4.
    Return and Refund

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop the package at an authorized carrier location; once received, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement bottle.
